Construction has just started on a new house that we designed outside of Portland, Oregon on the Clackamas River. The first floor framing is complete, and second floor should be well underway. It is an amazing site in Gladstone; on a wedge of land between the river (i.e. flood plain), the railroad tracks and I-205.
Every once in a while, we come upon the perfect modern ranch. Mix it with the perfect clients and the result is this project.
